The CNAP Jiangnan Art Creation Base is located on the fourth floor of the Circum-Taihu Lake Culture and Arts Center. The total constructed area of the center, divided into four ground floors and one underground floor, is about 33,000 square meters.
The design of this construction was inspired by the sectional structures of Taihu Lake stones. The vertical facade is dominated by a gray and white contrasting pattern and, alluding to the interaction of theopposite and complementary forces of yin and yang, The center displays thefeatures of the autochthonous Jiangnan culture with modern architectural techniques.
